Job Title: Technical Sales Support

Role Overview

Support the sales and product team with demo setup, account setup, meeting coordination, and handling technical questions for Kasvuly’s in-house software and customer research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare demo accounts before sales calls.
  • Join or support demo calls when needed (technical side).
  • Create and manage client accounts in internal tools.
  • Book meetings and manage calendars for sales and research interviews.
  • Answer technical questions from prospects and clients.
  • Resolve basic technical issues and tickets (login, setup, integrations, data access).
  • Support customer research: survey setup, interview tooling, recordings, access rights, exports.
  • Document common issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of web tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Comfortable using CRM, calendar tools, and support ticket systems.
  • Good understanding of hardware like computer hardwares, cables etc.
  • Able to follow technical instructions and troubleshoot.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Knowing Vietnamese is an advantage because we have Vietnamese customers and partners
  • Knowing Finnish is an advantage
